The new multi-storey car park (Car Park 6) at the Royal Derby Hospital is now open.
Where should I park after 7th November?
Free parking is available for patients attending Derby Private Health in Car Park 7 at the Royal Derby Hospital. Please bring the ticket provided at the barrier with you to our reception, where it will be swapped with a free exit pass.
Parking is also available in the new multi-storey car park (Car Park 6) which is located directly opposite our entrance (Entrance 21). We are currently unable to offer free parking at this location and standard charges will apply.
Why isn’t free parking available in the new multi-storey?
The new multi-storey car park is operated independently from the alternative car parks on site, and uses a new ANPR system. We are working hard to bring free parking to this location as soon as possible.
Is there a drop off / pick up area?
Yes, there is a drop off area directly outside our unit at Entrance 21.
What’s happening to the Park & Ride service?
The Park & Ride service from Kingsway Boulevard stops operating on Friday 7th November.
Should I leave extra time to find a parking space?
We would suggest giving yourself 15 minutes of extra time to find a parking space and make your way to us.
