Patient feedback | Derby Private Health

We love getting patient feedback here at Derby Private Health, and feel that it is important that we share our results with you.

Patients are encouraged to give feedback in a variety of ways; these can include speaking to any member of staff or by completing a feedback form, available in the welcome pack on their bedside table.

Patient feedback is important to us and we are proud to boast high levels of patient satisfaction.

In our latest set of figures (collected from January 2018 – June 2018): 

  • 100% of patients rated the cleanliness of the ward as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’
  • 100% of patients described their consultant as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’.
  • 99% of patients said that their room at Derby Private Health was ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’

Data analysed from more than 300 patient feedback forms in the period January 2018 – June 2018.
